Semester Course - 1/2 credit
Psychology is an academic and applied discipline that involves the scientific study of mental functions and behaviors. Psychology has the immediate goal of understanding individuals and groups by both establishing general principles and researching specific cases, and by many accounts, it ultimately aims to benefit society.
This semester class will hopefully promote an interest in the subject of Psychology; subsequent enrollment in William Penn’s Advanced Placement Psychology course and perhaps a career consideration. Grading will be by point accumulation; work is expected to be on time. Cooperative and polite behavior is essential. Student interests and inquiries are welcome!
